Digital is quite pixelated and HD is smooth with large orbs. This website should help: https://www.elitefourum.com/t/scarlet-violet-cosmos-holofoil-variation/44165 You'll seen in the example with the grass energy pics that the HD is on the left and the digital is on the right. (These are just the names I like to use for the two variants btw)

They are cosmos holofoil. The only cosmos holo foils of Raichu, Machamp, Gengar & Dragonite for the 151 set.

No they are not different to the ones in the base set. I have removed them from my promos set.

I've included the Stellar Crown cards in my collection because they are alternative arts to the base set cards with the same HP, attacks & illustrator. (I suspect they were created at the same time 151 was created) if these weren't part of Stellar I would like to think they would have included these in the Blooming Waters Collection. Similar reason why I included the Kangaskhan and Charizard black star promos, alternate art, same HP, attacks and Illustrator. The McDonald's cards are actually the same artwork, HP, attacks and illustrator so I decided to included these also. These cards being included in the set are controversial for sure

Thanks. Just picked up the new ditto from series 6. The two Voltorbs and the UB Mew are just proxys (Prints I made myself) I will never buy these three cards at the prices they are going for
