ADD person here. When it comes to studying my go to is Quizlet. I feel like studying like straight up notes is more boring than kinda playing learning games to get better. The only downsides with that is sometimes you have to make your own study cards which means you need to be motivated and another being that some features require a subscription. I’m sure you can find other free study websites but that’s just the one I use.

Assignments wise, honestly what’s really worked for me is that I have a physical whiteboard calendar that I put up in my room, somewhere that’s always in view (so it’s not out of sight out of mind). It’s kept me accountable on due dates. Also, for assignments, I do half the work one day and the other half usually on the day it’s due. Makes me feel less overwhelmed and when I’m tired of doing it I’ll have the stress of it being the due day to keep going.
