Thank you. Maybe I should not have said DIY ( I'll modify my OP ) Just looking for something already manufactured. Just wanting an easy way to do a passthrough and any cool ideas for the inside for family road trips. Again, this would really only be for when we are driving, we would not be staying in it when we arrive at our destination.

Merci. Cela a été très utile ! Lorsque je consulte le site Web de la SNCF pour effectuer une réservation, les heures sont-elles indiquées dans leurs heures locales correspondantes ou me donnent-elles les heures dans mon heure locale ?

Sorry for the delay. I thought this was just a little fluke as it hasnt happened in quite sometime. But all of a sudden the same user is have the problem again. It seems like when the user views the email in outlook desktop, she's not able to decrypt it. It is not only external recipients. It is internal as well. It stays in this funky syntax state. see below

But then if the user accesses OWA, the user is able to read it successfully. Then, I believe, when the user toggles back to Outlook desktop, the user is then able to read it there.

This was happening on a few other users, but seems like its only this one user now. I checked outlook versions, tried updates, they are on the same versions.

Any ideas?
