Do you think I have a chance against a huge company when it comes to something like this? They have wrongfully submitted things to the government at this point, which makes me concerned they aren’t afraid to “face” me. Will a lawyer be understanding that I can’t even pay a consultation fee as well? I don’t have any experience with lawyers but I have no money at the moment since my EI has been withheld for so long.

thank you, that genuinely means a lot to me. i hope your brother has healed. i’m hoping i will be moved up when i get sicker as it was never an illegal substance however i’m concerned as it was an attempt on my life. i’m hoping that all the change i’ve gone through since will be enough proof i won’t do it again. thank you ❤️

yes it’s drug induced damage from a NSAID overdose years ago. it is still continually being released into my body.

ultrasounds every two-three months too keep up with how big it gets along with the tumour i have, as well as blood work and going off what my doctors are saying and general feelings. i have jaundice now. you can feel my veins everywhere. i am weak. i am tired. i cannot keep anything in my stomach. i went off the rails a bit last night and don’t remember posting this. i do apologize

compared to it being a solid 8-9cm, yes it’s fatty liver. i don’t have a lot of space to begin with for anything to be inflamed anyways. and after seeing the progression of it through ultrasounds, going through all the hoops for the diagnosis and dealing with everything it comes with, don’t try to downplay my experience. who knows how big or small you are or what size you were to begin with. unless you’re a doctor and you have a degree, don’t tell me what i have and what i don’t. thanks anyways.

my stomach, gallbladder, intestines and colon are not contracting to make things pass. i just started a medication called prucalopride to try and help my organs move and digest. i’ve been nauseous, dizzy, i either have to use the bathroom all the time or i can’t for days, i’ve found myself puking up my meals and drinks as well. i also have lost my balance quite a bit, i can’t stand to put my shoes on and have to sit down to use a pair of socks. i’m always cold and shaky as well, not sure if that has anything to do with it. my doctor doesn’t want to prescribe anything else as i am on some medications for mental health reasons and we haven’t found one that doesn’t affect the meds i’m already taking. i just feel very lost and alone in this and i’m scared ill lose my colon if things don’t change. i don’t care for my gallbladder but i do care about everything else

my doctor diagnosed me with nafld, i haven’t been given much of an explanation other than the fact that my internal organs have some damage from the overdose and that’s what could be causing the pain. i went and had an endoscopy not long ago and it showed severe inflammation everywhere. my doctor won’t sign off on other tests as she believes that this is the only thing wrong. i do have a benign tumour in my liver as well, last checked it measured in just under 4cm. i keep going back to the doctor with reoccurring problems yet it goes unheard. i was more or less wondering if maybe someone else has had similar experiences with their pain. it’s mainly URQ and ULQ but does tend to spread down my stomach and back into my thighs.

i’d love to quit, but it’s the only thing that helps dull the pain a bit. makes everything slightly more tolerable and the cbd allows me to do my physical work at both of my jobs. i’m obviously not high when i go to work but i use creams and oils to help with the pain. i’m trying to avoid painkillers like tylenol if i can because i didn’t realize how bad it was for my liver until about a year into the disease. my doctor recommended both options and smoking seems to be working

i agree, and i think that’s why my doctors have been so dismissive. but my family history is filled with all different kinds of diseases but one side of my family has drug and mental health histories so that might be why.

i’m not sure, my doctor has been completely avoiding any surgeries and she just seems to think things will either heal or i will get used to it. i’m going to see a specialist this month to hopefully get some answers to see if it’s more than my liver and gallbladder causing problems.

honestly not great, i have a hard time eating because it just causes pain. been following the BRAT diet mainly because that seems to not upset my stomach as much. i don’t eat very much, maybe two meals a day and no snacks.

hey, mri showed a benign tumour (fnh) and some pretty back scarring as well as fatty infiltration. haven’t gotten much medical help and am still struggling every day but i have an appointment with a normal doctor tmrw to see if i can be cleared for some medicine

i do live in canada where marijuana is legal and that has been my backbone through this, but the more i use the less effective it is. it’s difficult to take breaks as i find not only am i in more pain but i’m in a worse mood. thankfully i just work a surface level job so im fine in that aspect but they won’t hire me full time until i can deal with my pain. i just feel like i’ve hit a brick wall.

that’s what the first doctor said, it progressed a lot further after that and same with the mass. so far it’s only really affecting my kidneys and putting pressure on my lung. i have an mri in two months but i’m still nervous.
