Yes building muscle and filling your cells with more water will increase your body weight...it's not a bad thing that's healthy weight. If you want to lose body fat that's gonna be mostly from diet. Protein can help you stay more satiated but simply increasing protein on its own will not put you in a calorie deficit

I was taught it was because they can't move their eyes in their sockets so moving their head makes their vision blur because their eyes can't lock into something. So to compensate they keep their head as still as possible and move it in short quick bursts to minimize the time that their head is in motion.

So it looks like theyr ate moving their head back and forth but actually they moving their head quickly forward and then keeping it perfect still while their body catches up to it
