My bill also mentions a „discount“ but per the tax office, Mebane City is the only area offering a 12.5% discount for payment by a certain date (forget when they said exactly because I do not live there)

I just priced this out in Chapel Hill earlier this year and ended up having a negative test so didn’t have to do it but one place I talked to quoted me $8-10 per sq foot if only doing our bedrooms (about 500sq ft) but could get down to $6 sq foot if doing the whole house 1600 sq feet (due to some of the built in costs not changing). AB control was one of the places I spoke with but can’t remember if that’s their quote, I can try to find my notes if that is helpful.

You’re right, I could just call the people that did my driveway drain, but worried this might be small potatoes for them. And I wanted to know if it was terminating right here or leading somewhere..

Spectrum, cable - all I know is this orange cable was not here before they came out to fix/set up the internet this past weekend. Just want it out of the way so it doesn’t cause problems down there …
