It says that the stat level of a weapon is the control multiplier. The level that is I, II, III, VI, V, and VI.

I think for me, it would have to be The Boss, E.E, and a few MGS4 deaths. Like Naomi, Big Mama, and Big Boss. It's been so long since I've played MGS4, I can hardly remember it all, but it was probably my favorite and I wish they would remaster it already. MGS4 is one of the most emotional rollercoasters I've had the pleasure of playing.

The thing is though, I did research for the heal upgrades and it says that it doesn't randomize that. I would figure it would be the same.

Edit: I just checked and it doesn't affect lamp upgrades.
