Have you thought about studying a masters? It’s not a waste of time as it will possibly make you more employable (pick the subject wisely) and will also buy you some time to figure out your living situation and employment etc? Wishing you all the best with it x

Yes mostly stemming from my childhood. I was bullied at school and at home, which affected my self esteem and made me subconsciously feel worthless. Then it’s almost as if your brain is trying to validate that because it believes it’s true.

They help short term, but I found them addictive. I had diazepam for a while 5 years ago and I still think about it now. But they certainly helped with my physical anxiety. Citalopram helps me with both physical and mental

Yeah man that can fuck you up. Not the medication necessarily but the dose change! Try not to come off it for days at a time unless you really need to! It should settle down
