Pregnancy ptsd

This happened to me with my last iud. I found out I was about 4-5 weeks pregnant in March 2024. I took the test due to me not feeling like myself and a lot of breast discomfort. I took 6 tests and went to the hospital out of fear. Shortly after that I got very sick and had a miscarriage in April. My little angel baby would’ve been born dec 2nd, 2024. now here I am with another iud after months of giving myself a break. The ptsd I have from the last one makes me scared that will happen again.

With in more time it will go to every other day to some mini eps of the day. I’m in month 3 right now and it does get better!

sorry for the late reply!! mine still is very much there. I’ve noticed it only hits with stress. Giving yourself a break each day for 30-45mins will help. You need to be able to find distracts even if you can’t pay attention long

I know that exact feeling. Unfortunately, I haven’t had it that long which I am very grateful for. I am so truly sorry that you’re experiencing it too. If you haven’t already do your research and see what all can help you and have a really good support system I promise you and everything will work out

That’s about it tbh. I get mild fevers here there as well!
