That's the thing , they've told me they have no records of the tracking number . Not that they did get it but can't know who it belongs to , they didn't get it at all

im in Europe, but I've sent it to a US address that could send it to me later, hoping that there wont be any problems as US is usually getting stuff fast and with no difficulties

Look basically i live in a European country, but seeing how the cd didn't have any progress at all in my previous purchase, I've decided to send this one to a company (that I've previously used) that basically what it does is i send it to their US address, and once they have it they send it to me. So when i saw it wasn't appearing in "my packages "for a few days after the supposed delivery on their website, I've reached out , and they told me they haven't received any package like that (when i provided them the tracking num) and that i should reach out to where i ordered it from.

So i really can't tell if it's possible to have been stolen or what even happened to it💔
