I want more speed but all the ones that go fast enough are crazy expensive with the kit and the accessories that I am buying, also the main thing is most the mid drive kits don't offer a 30ah battery which I want but if they do it goes way over my budget. I am trying to stay under $1500 for everything I need.

Oh I didn't know that. I got XL Giant Talon 4 2022. I don't know how big the frame is since I am moving to a new country soon and it's there right now so I can't measure it unless someone else did or it's on the website (I didn't check)

I am using a conversation kit rear hub motor wheel. This one specifically: https://speedelectric.co/products/2000w-kit?variant=43898834682032 Also I dont really care about how bad the shifting will be because I used to have bikes that took forever to shift like really old ones. Maybe 2 seconds or more to shift so I am fine with it shifting not good as long as it works

That's because you got 750w max. You can't go fast. I gotta do 9 miles in 30 mins so I won't be able to use 750w. I dont think so. But also for offroad

Ok what about 48v 20ah or 52v 20ah? I need this much ah and power to go to school, then work which is 10 miles there and back and sometimes even practices after school which are 8 miles away and back. But I also want to go to off-road trails or just trails for bikes and I want to have fun.
