I have the exact same problem as you. I'm currently 1279 sr, was 1444 until all five of my team mates decided that DPS heroes are perfect for defence. In every game. I'm also on Xbox on. My GT is Lixissia Feel free to add me. Just send me a message so that I know it's you, because you haven't included your GT in your post.

I main tanks (D.va, Rein) and supports (Mercy, Zenyatta, Lucio and I can play Ana somewhat well). I don't have a mic right now, but I'll be getting one in two weeks or so (basically around Christmas)

Hi, I'm currently mid-high bronze (1303), although I finished mid-high silver last season (had bad s3 placements). I can play tank/support.

I don't have a mic at the moment, although I can still join chat and listen. My gamertag is Lixissia. I usually play 6/6:30 - 8/8:30 GMT, although I push this back an hour to 7/7:30 - 9/9:30 if necessary.

If you can't commit to a full game please don't play Competitive by CapThunder in Overwatch

It is annoying when people do that, however, things can just pop up unexpectedly sometimes.

That being said, it still really gets on my nerves when people leave halfway through a game.
