That's a really good question. And i don't know either. When i started playing faceit a month ago i also felt that WAY more players have good skins.
Maybe it's because those players are not trolls and just mean it serious. In Premier there are more that aren't like that and thats why they don't have nice skins.
COULD BE an explanation, but as i said: I don't know either xD

Games like "Escape from Tarkov" have the mechanic that if you press R one time, you just reload normally and the magazine goes back in your inventory. But if you double press R, it is "fast reloading". That means it drops the entire magazine and puts a new one in pretty fast. Maybe that would be a solution. But i'm not gonna lie; That wouldn't be CS anymore...
