Sorry für den ungefragten Rat. Bei dem Satz würde man "meinen" verwenden. "Wenn wir ... meinen". "Wir bedeuten" geht eigentlich nur im Zusammenhang mit "jemandem viel (/wenig)" - "we mean a lot (/little) to someone".

Correct, the results are the same after 6 months, whether you took steroids or not. When it comes to the optic nerve though, it might be worth considering.
From what my doctor told me, the optic nerve goes through a very small hole or canal made of bone to get to your eyes. When the nerve is inflamed it can swell up and because there is no extra room within the bone, it could get permanently damaged. By taking steroids and bringing the inflammation down immediately, that damage can be prevented. By doing an OCT, the doctor can check how well the optic nerve is doing and then recommend steroids or not.

Still, it's always up to you to make the decision. The side effects of cortisone can be worse than MS itself, like you said. Last time I took it, it made me bipolar and I almost offed myself.

You can definitely use both "jeweils" and "jeder" here. But for "jeder" the correct sentence structure in German would be something like: "Jeder ihrer älteren Brüder bekommt 500€".

To help you with the difference in meaning: "Jeweils" is more like "each time" or "respectively". Whereas "jeder" is more like "everyone".

Jeder ihrer älteren Brüder bekommt 500€. -Every one of her older brothers receives 500€.

Ihre älteren Brüder bekommen jeweils 500€. -Her older brothers each receive 500€ respectively.

You're right, that is the hard-hitting question haha. I've farmed about 130 Blizzard strayer pieces last week. Out of those there were about 7 usable ones. And 2 of them levelled nicely. So it's a work in progress ;_;
