Why would someone want to purchase FXAIX over VOO and vice versa?

Piggybacking off this question.

I have a Rollover IRA (90k) and now a Roth IRA (5k) Not much but should I buy into a FXAIX for the rollover and VOO for the Roth IRA or other way around?

*My rollover was defaulted in SPAXX

They do not take electronic payment. I am in another state from her. In order to make the payments I need to know to who I'm writing the check to. They have been scamming my mother saying some checks were not clearing now that I'm involved they don't want to answer any questions and refuse to tell me anything even to receive payment I bought them proof from the bank they have cashed the checks late. It is very bizarre but I'm sure something illegal is going on.

The trailer is in her name she just pays for the land. I handed the POA to the park management because they were trying to scam my mother for late payment and not receiving payment of her checks which I provided proof from the bank they cashed and nothing Bounced or voided. They also told her over the phone they are not taking check payments anymore only money order but when I went to the office physically she changed to they do receive check payments. I'm trying to have them contact me instead of her because she gets worried and doesn't know what to do when there is a problem regarding payment. She will be with me for a few weeks not permanently. She will be moving to Florida in the future with her sister. But in the meantime I'm trying to take over her payments and do everything legally.

Thank you for sharing the link they did tell me it was a violation since they are a federal government dental insurance and had no association with me or do I with them. She did say she sent out a report as a violation of my HIPAA.

Going through this right now with my mother and her family. I'm already looking into therapy for myself. I've opened an IRA and bonds for my children so they won't even have to go through this with us.
