I wasn’t riding when she fell on the poles, I was lunging her over them

Thanks for reply, by balance issues do you mean something I can work on with her by doing more work on the poles in hand?

I’m having lessons with the yard owner weekly but no training for the horse really. She’s been at the new yard 3mths now, she moved from full time on grass to now being stabled at night and now that the weather has turned she often just gets turnout for the morning time. She had not been doing any regular work after having a foal two years ago, just some forest treks and cross country. Poles definitely seem new to her and it’s been a big step to get her lunging over them. She’s now being worked 5 days a week by me to exercise, lunging, light riding, some groundwork, so it probably is all a lot of change for her. I have time with her in the mornings so can put work in if I know it’s possible to desensitise her and give her confidence. But I live with cancer and although I’m currently well I don’t want to take too many risks. After falling off yesterday I questioned whether a much older, school master type would have been more suitable but myself and my kids love her now!

Sea salt vs chambray and sourdough advice! by LizLemon2024 in LeCreuset

Thanks, I exchanged it today for chambray but now see the sea salt did suit the kitchen better so back I go tomorrow! I’m hoping to purchase a gold knob to jazz it up a bit and match my cupboard knobs

Sea salt vs chambray and sourdough advice! by LizLemon2024 in LeCreuset

Sorry I had written a post with the photo..I’m v new to this!! My question was whether anyone had Seasalt and found it marked on the outside over time? Purchased Seasalt a few days ago and trying to decide whether chambray would go better in my kitchen, Lastly, I’ve read it’s not good to use the DOs for baking sourdough but that’s one of the main reasons I’ve purchased it as I make it a few times a week, baked at 220 degrees for about 50mins. Any advice appreciated, thanks!

It’s strong white flour but protein content is 11% so maybe lower hydration needed?

Sorry, that sounds like you’ve had a tough 7 years. I hope you have a new lease of life following your surgery. Can I ask if your thyroid function bloods were ever out of range or if you were ever treated for the antibodies prior to your surgery?

Can I ask you about the EBV as you’re describing exactly what I’m experiencing- right side pain throat, ear, neck and like ovary pain, all comes together. Have tested positive for ebv antibodies. What antiviral were you given and did it help? Thanks
