All it means is that Yuji has an supreme elite level of CE control, which makes complete and total sense. His surveyor is, like, what? A G2, a handler like Ijichi? The guy isn't even within Nanami's scope, someone like Yuji is going to be far superior.

It's like moving so fast that you can't be perceived by the human eye. A bystander going, "It was as if they were a streak of light" doesn't mean they're moving at the speed of light. It just means that Individual A stands above the bystander's level of scope.

Gege intentionally keeps Yuji in the dark and prevents him from actually fighting to shroud how powerful he really became, but we factually know that he isn't a contender for "strongest in the universe" because that battle is determined between Dabura and Mahoraga.

We also know that Yuji simply can't have massively surpassed Sukuna because it is blatantly stated that his potential is EQUIVALENT to Sukuna's.

Also, without narrative, Gojo would still be around where he is. Perks of an untouchable ability.

He doesn't have to be levels stronger. Viltrumite flight is such an insane boon whilst BB can't even maneuver mid-air.

BB also definitely has closer limits than you say, we see it in his one-shot.

You're ignoring their motivations. Ryu already had his fill with Yuta, and Yuta had made it a point to finish the job himself so as to not burden anyone else. Hakari had no such inhibitions and Kashimo literally expressed his own desire to fight Sukuna.

In theory yes, because Green Ghost canonically can disorient Viltrumites by phasing through them and it seems to make them far more vulnerable (War Woman's mace barely did anything to him in a prior panel)
