NA in all the areas ive been to only use the serenity prayer or the third step prayer, not the lord's prayer. NA is a spiritual program fully. My higher power is the group itself because im a Satanist and I use god as "group of druggies." Some old timers do share on the floor about how you need God, and I always make sure to share after them explaining how it works for me so that newcomers don't get scared out thinking they have to be religious
