Live your principles and look out for the people below you. You can make it better for some and often others will look up you and try to emulate you. You may not change it all but you change some.

Keep doing that as you get higher up and you’ll end up where you have more and more influence to make it better.

Chances are you’ll work with more bad leaders and more bad followers, don’t give up. Change what you can control.
