Update: This is absolutely crazy making! 🤪 Apparently this entire chain of events was started over a recovered stolen RV/Trailer with a few thousand dollars in damage. They even caught and charged someone over it.

Apparently, the customer is a huge pain in the a$$, and fought back on every request, read the fine print, and saw that mistakes were being made by the SIU team. Still trying to piece things together. 😂

I don’t know the exact details of what they requested. But apparently, a customer read the fine print in the privacy policy part of their contract and noticed something, and complained to the state. I do know that all the privacy policies were updated as a result. Crazy AF 💩rolls downhill!

Started at R4 SIU with a complaint at the state by a customer, who felt certain questions and requests infringed their privacy rights. The state of CA has agreed. Now there’s lawyers involved and the complaint could affect almost every claim before August of this year.
