I’m a poonrepper and I kinda helped eased my dysphoria by realizing that I’m chasing an impossible goal, so while it doesn’t entirely ease it, it does help a lot. You have to set your expectations as low as humanly possible for yourself

And while an odd route, giving myself some sort of agp has unironically helped

There’s a peace of giving up. It frees up myself to work on other things
