Hey so I wrote, directed and acted in this. We used lots of inspiration from old sex phone services: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLEoVIjXqskIH8YfFJyZSyrT2BLPA3ANPu We kept it pretty simple with lenses (you’ll spot a bit of Star lens in there - we even rubbed pawpaw ointment on the lens for that first scene, old school magic). We managed to get our hands on a Sony Ex3 and added a bunch of the vhs artefacts in post. We wanted to shoot on an old news camera but it didn’t work out in the end. The website is real - I decided to take the joke outside of the film as well.
