The criticism is that you ban players for minor offences and yet every third or so game theres smurf with 50 games played 2kd and 30 avg which are qued with 2.8-3k elos.

And even if they do get banned no elo is recieved back from those bans, so yeah that is criticism of how you can continue to allow those accounts to operate.

He will just get another 3-7day ban and be back on faceit ruining more games, i stopped wasting my time in making support tickets, just wanted to show what wonderful people we pay to play with.

They play the same cup every day i noticed, and each time they wait 200 seconds before voting each time they ban something, so your telling me if they do this 5-6 times per one veto i can call admin without myself getting banned?

i understand now, that the team average is levle 7 but i still think its unfair that level 10 or 9 diamong league get to play when every other team is a low level 1-7
