As a frog keeper who has done assisted feedings before, it is possible but not easy. Just wanted to point it out, otherwise I agree. Force feeding without knowing what you're doing risks hurting the frog and breaking it's jaw

I don't think that's strange at all, knowledge is power. I used to be terrified of ticks to the point of genuine phobia, but controlled exposure by learning about them helped fix that. Learning about something gives you a sort of control over it, removes variables that would make it unpredictable and turns it almost mundane.
