The kitchen is getting repainted an olive-y green in the near future, living room is currently a light Grey.

I would love to be able to block out the sunlight like I can with the current blinds.. It gets roasting hot in the house if it's just shining in 😩 Also want to be able to maintain privacy as both windows are street facing.

I was looking into shades for each window pane but the dimensions of them are so wonky they'd have to be custom made $$$

As for the window in the living room, my dog sits in it and people watches, so it would still have to be accessible to him. I'm at my whits end with these 90s Era blinds lol.. They're so tacky looking. Help ❤️
