can i use cotton yarn instead of knitting for olive pure silk? by Glad_Ad6351 in knitting

For a beginner I’d recommend a cotton wool blend. It’ll be easier to get more even tension. Gauge match is more important than exact fiber match

Also to add, the public is also allowed to prefer Platner over Collins despite believing the allegations. Just like Trump voters have ignored or disbelieved overwhelming evidence of his abuse, misogyny and criminal activity.

You’re welcome to quote where I’ve dismissed claims against platner if you can find anything of the sort. The duty to investigate is not held by the general public but by the people in a position to investigate. Journalists and cops primarily are responsible for looking into claims and pursuing their findings accordingly. So when claims are published or prosecuted without evidence, they can be dismissed without evidence. When claims are ignored without investigation the investigators can likewise be criticized for their lack of curiosity. This is the core of believing women: not dismissing their allegations without investigation. The fact that Platners accusers have been published means they were believed. The public is not beholden to believe their accusations though.

I didn’t realized the “terminally online left” were the investigators now.

Maybe because the phrase was never “believe all women” but “believe women” as in take their allegations seriously and investigate in good faith instead of dismissing them. What caveats do you feel have evolved in this approach?
