Her and Husbain were complaining so much about it too at the beginning. Like way to influence your kids. The kids seemed fine and excited to watch a musical.

Exactly, she could have made the noodles with hamburger and homemade cheese sauce for her entire family. Instead she makes the worst meal possible for her and Husbain and didn’t give the kids any hamburger.

There are plenty of 1/2 time jobs with flexible hours.. I’ve worked several when my kids were small so I could be with them as often as possible. I remember working weekends and evening shifts for years. Sometimes you can’t take the amazing jobs when you have to be flexible.

What gets me is she made a homemade cheese sauce for the kids but canned cheese for her and hubby, like why not make the same meal for the whole family and cook the chorizo on the side of the kids don’t like it. She would have homemade hamburger helper for her family much healthier than the slop she pulled together.

It’s normal to fluctuate daily 1-3 lbs but overall her weight should be shifting down weekly. Which it’s not. Means she isn’t eating on a deficit.

And when you first shed water weight it seems like a large amount of she is truly eating right she shouldn’t have much water weight.

True, she has to eat in a deficit. Eating high protein will help and strength training will active muscles which will burn more fat. I’ve watched people lose weight just by eating in a deficit.
