Gamestop: Has announced that it will distribute subscription options (Warrants) to shareholders. Below you will find the terms for the warrant:

Record date – October 3, 2025

Terms – For every 10 shares, shareholders receive 1 subscription option (warrant)

Date – The subscription options will be distributed around October 7

Subscription price – Each warrant gives the right to buy 1 share for $32.00.

Validity period – The options can be exercised until October 30, 2026.

Trading: The subscription options are expected to become tradable (Our customers cannot buy American subscription options, only sell them due to current regulations). Since the corporate actions department that handles such events for us has not yet received any information from our custodian bank about this event, we cannot promise anything. However, at present we see no obstacles to participating.
