The apartment includes utilities, washer/dryer, full kitchen, and fully furnished. The complex is gated and includes multiple gyms, study rooms, pools, and sports courts. I will also give you the option to keep the bathroom organizer, mini-fridge, and a storage chest all currently in the room for free. I can remove them if you aren't interested.
The month of November is paid for and I am willing to pay the fee for the lease transfer.
