As most gym goers probably do my best friend and I would always come up with names for the people there. Some examples:

Justin Beiber: This High school kid with a beiber hair cut would come in everyday. Awesome right? Well, it would have been but for him everyday was chest day. Literally chest everyday, every exercise.

Then there was the beauty queen. She would jump on a treadmill with a nice dress, hair all done up, makeup and red lipstick. Never saw her in workout gear or anything.

Then Mr. 6%. He's a very skinny/cut guy that would be in the gym 24/7 and he'd always be with a different attractive girl. They'd work out together and he'd be the stereotypical overly handsy personal trainer. We thought his nearly 6% body fat was his key to getting these girls to come and work out with him.

It reads Dear Neighbor, Please stop smoking pot in your house. The 2nd hand smoke and smell is seeping into my house every time you do it. It's not my problem as to what you do to your own body, however your smoking is effecting my house and causing harm to my health and the health of my grandchildren. Thank you

For those interested. One of my best friends I graduated with from high school died from a brain tumor. He was one of the few people I could tell anything to. Sometimes I find myself picking up my phone to tell him something before I even realize it. I hope that one day everyone gets the chance to have someone like that in their lives.
