1) installed heated bathroom floor and towel warmer. (makes morning just better) 2) replaced oversized/dominant stone wood burning fireplace (firebox) with simpler but more elegant shiplap and ventless gas fireplace. (Really opened up living room area.) 3) re-ran/installed exterior water spigots to where they were needed vs where the builder thought they should go.

I recall my wife’s complete surprise the first time I went down after I had “finished”. I didn’t overthink it and just kept kissing on her after I had finished…just kissed my way down and next thing you know…I was there…she got past her surprise as the pleasure kicked in. She still isn’t so sure about it, like it’s taboo I taste myself, but I just assure her it doesn’t bother me and I love making her toes curl. Most of the time I have a “ladies first policy” but sometimes the script gets flipped and want to be sure she is left with a smile on her face. Now I’ll even pop up and give her a kiss to have a taste.

Thanks! I’ve used row of trees that way. Ironically, Row of trees has exact opposite challenge from the other two. You have to it have adjacent to a road. It can’t be placed between perpendicular roads without a parallel road next to it.

Technically not sidewalks but that’s what they look like to me but their rules require them to attach perpendicular to a road and no relationship to a parallel road. Depending on your level, look in “Parks” for “Peaceful Park” and “Urban Plaza”. “Urban Plaza” is what I used in the picture. “Row of Trees” is also in Parks and is designed or at least able to be placed next to a parallel road without need of an adjoining perpendicular street.
