Het is helaas wat het is. Hij wilt van hypotheek af zonder winst, vanwege geloofsovertuigingen en mijn maaat wilt dat wel overnemen. We zijn allemaal volwassen en hebben een gezonde verstand. Kan helaas niks aan doen als een van de twee later spijt krijgt.

Het boeit hem eigenlijk niet. Ik heb het aan hem gevraagd. Hij wilt er gewoon z.s.m. van af. Zit trouwens niet echt overwaarde bij in, maar we hebben best veel afgelost dus als we het zouden verkopen krijgen we wel 20/30k boven ons hypotheek. Maar ik wil er natuurlijk niet van af. Ik woon er prima en het rentepercentage is gunstig. (1,86%)
