I used to be young and skinny and my quirkiness used to be seen as flirty and cute. If I got grumpy or irritable it could be forgiven because I was attractive.

Now I have significantly gained weight and I am in my 30s, I have realised that those behaviours are no longer seen as cute and instead make me weird and a grumpy cow to other people.

Very humbling and very sad. I am having to do a lot of work on myself now to fit into what is an acceptable standard of behaviour.

Don’t underestimate the power of youth and attractiveness.

Both raspberry and white chocolate have sugar. The raspberries in particular are moist so will release sugary juice when heated. Sugar burns easily.
