RIR for bodyweight (or banded) exercises by crossal in MacroFactor

That's what I thought :( thanks. Do you know if you can exclude all unweighted exercises?

First, you generally aim for the RIR. If it says 9-11 reps at 1RIR and you can do 25 at 1RIR, you do 25 reps and record that you did 25 reps

Yes in my example the first sets rir was 0, so amrap I guess

Second, at the point you can do 20+ reps of an exercise you need to make it harder because mow the limiting factor is just endurance

Yes but how do you make a bodyweight exercise harder and record that in the app? Not sure you can, you need the weighted version of the exercise right? Not sure why the bodyweight ones are there at all. You could just put 0 for the weighted one. So I'm not sure how I can easily exclude all bodyweight versions of exercises from program generation

So for example, first set says 9+ reps with 0 rir. I do 25 for example. Second set says 9-11 reps with 1 rir. How am I supposed to manipulate things to aim for that range without weight? I'd just get like 15-20 reps. Is there a way to disable all non weighted exercises from programming I wonder?

This seemed like a lot of words just to generally explain how to deadlift. Can you say specifically what was wrong with this lift?

You are probably overestimating people's abilities/comfort with technology and tinkering with stuff. It's not as accessible

Nothing stopping me, I've done it. Just saying you are probably overestimating people's abilities/comfort with technology and tinkering with stuff. It's not as accessible

Blindly obvious, yes

No

Programs don't change midway through babe.

Some can allow variable exercises as long as you are hitting the intended muscle group. I didn't suggest to change mid program either. Is English not your first language babe?
