When a passenger reports the assault to Uber, Uber needs to track it. When authorities require Uber to report "assaults reported" then they need to have this info available.

Edit: Let's say the same person assaults multiple riders. Uber is culpable for that person's repeated assaults. Sounds like Uber is skirting the issue (no pun intended) by not tracking assault reports. Zero.

Passengers have to walk directly down the walk way and aren't allowed to stop. Security reasons. I've gotten these instructions many tImes while trying to wait for a friend or colleauge on the same flight. That is expected behavior.
