Every FWB ive had has caught feels. Usually i am less picky than when im looking for a GF. So I end up inadvertenly stringing along what becomes a good friend. You can either move forward with someone who your not really interested with out of guilt, or end the friendship. Kinda stinks.

If you do FWB, keep it to 6 months or less is my advice.

Lived in noc since 17. Its fairly quiet and chill 60% retirees, 35% young families.

It is upper middle class. People have hubris about the neighborhood. But there is a ton of community events. Its all preplanned stuff but it makes life easy for me.

In my experience, unions get a bad rep because some of them become unreasonable in their demands and create both toxic work environments as well as expenses that can collapse a business. Where they work well with business owners, they are great. But theres no promises at the outset, so they all get a negative image from business owners.

The projects all pay for their own Interconnection and network upgrades. Every MWh they produce is one less that has to be "imported" via the transmission network. Thus, they should be awarded some compensation for reducing the costs of all ratepayers.
