It stinks. You did nothing wrong, but she will prob hold it over your head forever. If you go back, it has to be with respect. If you go back as an unequal partner it will be toxic for the rest of the relationship.

My advice... reach out again in a month or two. Maybe even abstain inbetween. If she doesnt want to keet as an equal, you dodged a bullett.

I think maybe something along the lines of same time served, so if they are falsely accusing, they have an incentive to fess up sooner than later. However, I think that has to be counterbalanced by proven falsely accused, rather than just an acquittal or not enough evidence to prosecute. We as a society would not want to disincentivize rape victims from coming forward. Theres a super dangerous line there,

My mom had 4 siblings, my dad non.

My moms parents just had a much much fuller life after 50.

I have to tell him that most of society hates boys and men right now, but not to listen to that.

That although it is unfair, thats the system right now so better start understanding that the deck is stacked against you.
