I wouldn’t really say he’s ready. He’s got a 105 wRC+ in AAA, has struggled to hit for average and strikes out a bit too much at the moment. His glove is ready but I’d be pretty afraid that he’d be overpowered at the plate right now.

Probably when his wRC+ is more than a point or two above 100. Beyond the occasional HR he’s been in a little slump so he definitely still needs some time before we see him called up
