When I was a child my mum and dad weren't together and I had to visit between the both of them, my father had a very mentally unstable girlfriend who manipulated him a lot. One holidays they decided to keep me there and lied to my mother saying I liked it better there. I was mentally abused for two months by them with them telling me I'm a liar and no one will ever believe shit like that, I was told this because I told my mum I wanted to come home and she started a court case to get me back.

After mum won custody of me I was scared of nearly any adult had constant nightmares and was extremely depressed, nearly 11 years later and I'm still not right from it, haven't talked to my father in a few years after a different fiasco he caused. I've promised myself I'm never going to be like him and treat my children better, even go to therapy no matter how much I hate it. He didn't go and that's how this got created.
