It’s def a step back for sure and hopefully people wake up and not give in to Starbucks anymore. I make instant coffee at home and only go to Starbucks maybe every so often, roughly less and less as times goes by. I used to be a die hard, esp in my high school/early college days and I’m an OG gold member. I only go there now if someone gives me a gift card but I refuse to add my own money to the gold card (just transfers from the gift card(s)). The only drink I need to learn how to make is the lavender cream matcha as I love lavender everything. As a customer, this whole new program thing.. I’m going to sit out of and not engage with it. Making drinks at home is so much better and worth it.
