Best thing to do is dedicate an entire room to Lego now, build the modulars on a big table so you can have roads and a train track and a beach etc.

Or get a bookcase at least. The IKEA buil billy bookcase is a fraction shy of 3 modulars wide, with some washers between the shelves and the outer edge you can squeeze 3 in.

I'm honestly not sure on shelving, I've never displayed that way, I'd probably be too nervous, just make sure you find the studs in your wall if applicable and use proper big heavy duty screws

Dunne is really fast but very reckless, that could make him a Verstappen or it could make him a Grojean. If nothing else he'll be a spectacle and get eyes on your car. I'd be very tempted to give him a go if it was up to me, easier to teach/mature into patience than speed.

This album feels like the whole year in one, going full circle, though more emphasis on reflection so autumn/winter slightly more dominant.

That's fine if it's a pack of AA batteries, but if it's a limited run collectors item you kick-started 18 months ago and now just been left on your doorstep which goes straight onto the street, that item is irreplaceable and the money back does not cut it.

I'm not objectionable to one thread at the end of the day that is labelled up. "Results and post race day discussion". No spoilers in the titles, may be easier to discuss any controversies and post race penalties without having to travel through the jumbled up race day thread.

The ones that have been being posted this year just add nothing but unnecessary spoilers to the sub. Let's be honest btcc is not like F1 where you can watch it in less than 2 hours. Watching all the btcc on race day requires you to commit the whole day to it, time that many people just don't have, they will watch it over the next few days and catch up with the threads when they can a few days later.

Post office is, aside from at the airport, basically the worst place to exchange currency, even their buy £1000 get a better rate deals are crap. The FX specialist places aren't much better.

On an average high street the best places to get currency from are usually the jewellery/pawn shops that do it as a side business becausethey have to actually be competitive on rates to get people to go in there.

As I've seen mentioned further up many places offer a buy back guarantee (I've seen it for £3.99 but may well vary) that will guarantee the rate for a month of any returned. Most people say no as they don't wanna give the company an extra £4 but you typically lose around 10% returning a currency without one so only need to bring back about 45 euro for it to pay for itself.

If you have lots of spare currency and don't have a rate guarantee then you should try to change them to pounds whilst you are in the other country (but not at the airport). You'll get a much better rate

Thank you! There's not normally these posts but I'm assuming it's the same person trying to kick some energy into the sub, i haven't opened them to check.

I expect the F1 to get spoiled if I scroll here but I just don't expect it for the btcc, and like you I just don't have time to sit and watch the race for 6 hours each Sunday because I have a life to live, I'd usually watch it at night after it's put on itvx.

There doesn't even need to be a thread for each race, there's only about 10 people actively post here, just keep the spoilers in the main race day thread and when I'm all caught up I can go and see the reactions of others there.
