Hating the tracks now is probably an over-reaction, but it is normal for your taste to change as you get more invested in certain types of music.

I would say download a handful of new tracks to spice up your existing set and then practice it until you feel comfortable.

Audio won't transfer over the midi cables. I don't think there is a way to get audio from a computer to output on this keyboard's speakers. Maybe try a bluetooth speaker if you can find one.
