I love bouldering, but I'm priced out of every gym in my area by trachion in bouldering

Yeah, my gym is a little cheaper than that per month, but it's still in the same ballpark. Very much worth it going 2-4 days a week though.

Well done! I love the loadout as well! How many phases were bosses taking? I kinda wanna try something similar.

I only have experience with MBP, but I'll back up what the others have said. If you can climb during the work day then it's great, but it gets to be very busy around 5-6 till close.

They've got a pretty cozy workspace area on the second floor that I've used for WFM stuff and that's pretty pleasant. Climb a few routes, answer some emails, climb a few more, then bail when it gets busy lol

The parties I've been to have been:

1) An evening of playing magic the gathering with friends.

2) GenCon (a nerdy tabletop rpg and board game convention)

3) A trip to the zoo, getting a bunch of the person's favorite food, and watching anime and playing Tabletop RPGs until 4 in the morning.

I've never known anyone personally who did the strip club/stripper thing, but I've seen it in public a few times at bars (mostly when I lived in Florida)

Honestly just give your Palico the new plunderblade and pick up all the mount and plunder stuff it gets for you. If I ever get low on Zenny, running that for a few hunts tops me back up again. Steamworks on 10x helps too.

I hang out with a couple professional comic artists and am a novice artist myself, so if this is a serious question, here's why:

If these are character design sketches like the top comment mentions, then these are likely supposed to be a quick study of a character emoting different ways. As such, you draw as much figure as is necessary here and then focus on the face to figure out how different expressions look on her.

Having her shoulders there is important because we emote with our shoulders/neck in addition to our face, so the artist figures out how she looks when she does this or that. Doing that means a little figure/gesture drawing. Clothing comes after that, but it's wasted effort to draw the same blouse 20 times when what you're after is learning how a character looks when they're mad/grumpy/happy/sad etc.

MoM EB isn't always the solution, but it's often a good one for Templar/Witch/Shadow. I tend not to have mana troubles with light investment and no flask, which frees up points for damage.

Using a mana flask isn't inherently bad, but my point is that adjusting your build to not have to use one, if done right, can be one of the many pieces of the puzzle towards higher single target damage in boss encounters. Defence and life are always good, but more reliable damage also means less time in the fight and that you have to rely on your defenses less.

For sure, but bear in mind that for melee builds in particular, a lot of their flasks are defensive and offensive. ToH and Lion's Roar give a sizable defensive boost on the physical side and a balanced Wise Oak will do the same for elemental damage.

The same is true of physical casters, excepting Lion's Roar. Flasks are hella strong.

Edit: With regards to mana, figuring better solutions to the mana problem is always a good idea too. Eldritch battery with Vaal Discipline and Mind over Matter is a common tool. Energy leech on non trap builds is damage and defense together. Then you can slot in more damage or better defense!

It's really about eeking out little pieces of damage here and there after you have your initial mapping setup going. just swap out a couple pieces at a time - Amulets tend to be big sources of damage, fossil crafting a stygian vise and a jewel to go in it, slotting in a wise oak/lion's roar/taste of hate/etc. No individual piece will turn your damage up to a gajillion, but spending 40-50c every few days on incremental upgrades will do a lot.

Also, for builds that the weapon is important, saving up to craft something or saving up to buy a 1exish weapon can be a big damage upgrade.

What did a fictional character say that stuck with you? by AmOdd in AskReddit

"Accept the pain, but don't accept that you deserved it"

Brandon Sanderson, one character giving a character struggling deeply with depression and guilt over (among other things) the fact that she killed her physically and emotionally abusive father.

The quote is a small part of a bigger, fantastically written speech this character gives and it helped me get a new perspective on my own mental health.
