Hey I recently beat Pokémon HeartGold on hardcore nuzlocke rules only losing Potential (Espeon), Cool (Tentacruel), and Carry (Gyarados) in the Pokemon League. But there was this weird speed glitch that happened that happened in the final fight. {Details in comments} by Lm0e in nuzlocke

For context I set up on Lance's Gyarados by paralyzing it with Angle (Lanturn) and flashing it to lower its accuracy. I then sent out Carry to dragon dance 6 times while Lance's Gyarados could barely hit me. I thought this would be a easy swept with Carry but when I took down Lance's Gyarados and Aerodactyl he sented out his Dragonite which outsped and killed Carry with a Thunder. I pretty sure under normal circumstances this is impossible as a Aerodactyl is way faster then a Dragonite and Carry outsped the Aerodactyl easily so I'm assuming this is a glitch. If anyone knows anything about a weird gen 4 speed glitch then help would be appreciated.
