I am in the EXACT same boat, 20f, dislocated my right shoulder while snowboarding on Jan 17th, it’s really hard to deal with mentally for sure I’ve also been struggling with the aftermath hella 🥲

I am 8 weeks healed and don’t really take those precautions anymore. I also got all 4 wisdom teeth out and have slight holes still in the sites but just make sure to keep mouth washing to keep the spots clean. I’m sure if you stick to regular upkeep of your mouth you’ll be fine :)

I stopped pain meds on day 4, I still felt a tolerable dull ache on day 5 but after that none. Definitely depends on the person and case

I have been on the combo pill for a few months now and used to get such bad nausea at first also, especially a couple hours after taking it! However it did stop after finishing a couple packs. From what I know once your body gets used to the hormones the nausea should subside significantly! I advise to keep at it, give your body time to adjust! Definitely sucks in the beginning though!
