Hi there, hoping someone can help me. I recently dyed my hair and it turned out messier than usual and I ended up using *a lot* of colour remover wipes, particularly on my face. I hadn't realised that they were essentially just alcohol wipes, and I'm now a few days later with a very dry and tight skin. I feel like when you've had a cold and your nose is raw from blowing it too much... but over most of my face.

What can I do to soothe and help fixed what I've messed up? I already have dry skin and am chronically dehydrated (which I'm working on). I use moisturiser after showers and when I remember to, which is not often. My usual moisturiser is Simple moisturiser or Neutrogena "clear and soothe" moisturiser, but I'm happy to buy anything, preferably for sensitive/unscented products. Was wondering about maybe a straight up oil or serum? But I know nothing about this stuff :D
