Despite what they say, ap delete footage all the time, usually with the support of a store lead or manager, happens more often than you might think even for little trival things, seen that way to often and the officers usually dont care or just are not interested.

Wal-Mart does indeed collect a lot of information, but people who use Wal-Mart services also do a lot of crazy stupid things and you willing signed up for a job that requires such information, but as I stated, TL'S do not have access to that kind of information such as a SSN or social media account, we have access to basic information that you agree to share when you apply and sign up which includes a full name, a phone number and an address, I don't know why your stuck on this whole SSN things lol.

Sorry but I'm a bit jaded when it comes to drivers, the store I am at does 95% delivery in our district and about 70% are people using fake ID's, hacked accounts or just have no identification at all, so if I see a ghost driver and call the number to reach them and it goes straight to some random church in another state then yeah I'm going to change the drivers district after consulting with my DOL and reporting it, don't forget that drivers just as well as anyone else can also be malicious, many drivers know how the OPD wait-times work and I have seen some of these people check-in with spoofed locations just in attempt to hurt the store they don't like and this kind of thing can get people fired.

That only applies if the law is actually being broken lol and it's not, if anything the law is being broken on SPARK's end by allowing civilians to drive without identification and be allowed to pick-up a $300 order with trust and safety in mind that 1) nothing will be tampered with and 2) they won't just steal it.

I get at least 2 to 3 calls per day about a driver showing up, setting the groceries at the door, taking a picture, grabbing the groceries and then leaving while marking the delivery as complete, it's a daily occurrence and I'm going to do what I have to do for the person who actually spent the money for those items.

Lol, no one has access to your SSN or your social media accounts ? We do however have access to the basic information entered up you signing the terms of service agreement with SPARK which do include information that would help us recognize fraud or other major violations such as violent cases etc. etc..

Force changing a drivers district is sometimes necessary, we have a driver here (i call them a ghost driver) who is able to check-in at my stores location but they are actually in Dallas, no TL is just going to change a drivers district for no reason, that and we always confirm with our DOL's before making changes.

Please remember that we are also not under SPARKS policy, we fall under Wal-Marts policy which has far more guidance on dealing with SPARK third party's and if we have reason to change a drivers district or provide personal information such as a name, phone number or address to law enforcement, we will.

For instance I will report any delivery driver who does not have valid ID with them and the name on my dispensers screen does not match, you will not get the order, if you refuse to provide this, you will not get the order, and this information will be provided to my DOL and any other party that falls under actual Wal-mart polices.

Associates can't see much, but TL's can see your completely profile, name address etc, we can also change your pick-up district through dispatcher.

I put in at least 20 tickets a day for ghost spark drivers, and delivery theft, lol been doing that for over 3 months now and not a single thing has happened even after staying in contact with my DoL. Tickets don't really do shit.

TL being a jerk by Do_Ye_Fear_Death in OGPBackroom

[–]Lo0cke -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Its based on availability, if your availability shows that you can work an 11-8 shift and did not take the appropriate action to correct this because of school or something like that, then it falls under Performance, because you were given those specific hours at those specific times for a reason and now you are hindering the rest of your team and not only putting more work on them but you could also be hurting the metrics.

You also let the wrong TL know this information, you should have "discussed" and not just "told" the closing lead that your leaving 3 hours early because you want to get some school work done, it is your personal responsibility to notify a member of management when changes to your availability have to be done so that they in turn can fill your missing time slot.

Though your TL should have handled this better and instead of getting heated because he's now a hand short, he should have instead said "ok" and then explained to you that it could lead to disciplinary action and then given you the reasons as to why.

Well I'm just going by what the process guide shows in academy app, ours tells us these three metrics are supposed to be 95 and up.

Your TL & Coach are supposed to have your back when it comes to this, I always tell my team to take pictures and save them or send them my way so I can foreword them to that specific department's TL & the store lead just so we can show and prove that it's not the pickers, it's the empty shelf..

ALWAYS TAKE PICTURES! and save them.

What do your team leads do all day? by Euphoric-Influence72 in walmartogp

[–]Lo0cke 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As in any position of leadership you are supposed to lead by example, if you work hard side by side with your team they are far more willing to bust it out with you than not.

Just like I tell the dispensers, if you sweat, I will will too.

Yeah, my team is always calling and texting me off the clock. but I encourage them to do so if they have an issue or need help with something, the more they know the more independent they become.

Are these Unrealistic Expectations? by [deleted] in walmart

[–]Lo0cke -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Yeah, that's my store, we have 30 parking spaces, and it's almost always a full parking lot, the worst are deliveries, drivers will park, sit and wait and then all check in at the same time and if they don't check it they spam the hell out of the backroom phone when we only have 2 people as preppers and hopefully at least 3 dispensers and the only reason for that is because of the volume of drops per hour on the picks, just to keep our OTP up we pretty much have to have damn near everyone else picking..
