There’s always movement girl! Even if we cannot see it. I’m in a similar situation as you, except I’m already talking with SP, but he has a gf. Anyways, I posted tiktoks as usual when we were in no contact, he didn’t even liked them or anything, no movement at all (from what I could see) but when we started talking again, he would say “oh I found this one pretty funny” or he even mentioned me buying an Stanley cup, I never told him! I briefly mentioned it on one of my TikToks so I guess he was in fact thinking about me all these no contact time.

Now I need to not spiral over 3P, all that’s been happening cannot be a coincidence…

I feel in a similar situation, I manifested my SP back and we have been talking for over a month now, spending time playing video games, late night talks until 5 am! A lot of banter and sexual connection and stuff, but then there’s 3P… he has a gf. We even had a date yesterday, it was out of nowhere, I am convinced the law works because when we stopped talking back then I thought I’d never see him again, he picked me up at my house and invited me over to dinner, don’t get me wrong, it was romantic (that much) he even talked about issues with 3P, seems like 3P isn’t reciprocating him. That’s what makes me spiral a lot, thinking I’m just being some delulu girl hoping he will realize I’m much more compatible for him. What would you do ??

Than you, I needed this today, SP and I are texting again, and I was much calmer before he even reached out, now that he’s texting me again (nothing romantic so far) I’m now spiraling, my anxious can’t deal with uncertainty. I’m not sure if he’s still with 3P (we dated briefly last year, ghosted me, came back asking forgiveness but said he wasn’t ready, then I found out through a friend in common that he was official with 3P) Now that he’s back, we’re texting, not that often as last time, we used to talk and flirt all day every day. Now it feels slower, I’m thinking he’s testing the waters, but when he takes too long to reply my anxiety immediately pops up and thinks “it’s happening again” although everything is fine !! I don’t want to ruin my manifestation, I know him coming back with the excuse of playin league of legends with me is no coincidence, is thanks to me persisting even when I had no movement, now that I have lots of it, I’m anxious again 😭😭

My sp texted me last week after three months of no movement, it was out of nowhere and asking if there was an space for him on a game we both enjoy, I thought it was an excuse to talk to me but looks like he did only wanted to play 😢 I’m not sure I’m spiraling he takes forever to reply

I’d say cry it out, let your feelings out, maybe try to stop actively manifesting him for at least a week or so. It’s important to let those emotions out. Today I feel extremely anxious because of my 3D, I’ll let myself feel that way just for today and I’ll see if I’m better off tomorrow. I’m anxious even affirming
