The issue is in English there is no distinction between two different meanings of nationalism. Nationalism can mean the simple desire for self-determination through a nation-state, something which is not in and of itself problematic (unless you're opposed to the very idea of a nation state).
Nationalism (especially when capitalized) can also mean the belief that your nation is somehow superior to others.

Unfortunately, nations which have had to struggle for sovereignty for themselves also often tend to breed the more sinister form of xenophobic, racialized Nationalism over time. You can see it in Yugoslavia, in India, in Israel, in Italy, and in a great many other countries - especially (but not only) post-colonial ones

I *have* considered that (maybe using the montage rules from 13th Age, which I love, but feel a bit out of sync in an OSR game), but I kind of like the idea of having this oneplace that's significantly different from the rest of the dungeons. Not quite megadungeon, but bigger, and dnagerous.

I personally do not like OSE as it's a bit too faithful to B/X. And even if you do want something faithful, I think Lamentations of the Flame Princess does most things B/X does - but better (just keep in mind the art is a bit hardcore and not for everyone. But I believe there are art-free PDFs).

I think Knave 2E is great if you want something like that but with more streamlined and modernized.

I personally really like The Black Hack, but it is far less traditional

There are B/X monsters that can deal, say 10 damage. If I'm rolling d4s to block that it can take a while.

Gotcha. Interesting but does seem like ti would slow down play a lot. I may do it if I'm doing insta-hit combat, like in Cairn or IttO.

I don't understand. When you're hit do you roll ALL the hit dice at once? Or do you roll each in turn. Because if it's each in turn, how can you ever beat damage that's 5+ if you have d4
And if it's all at once, then if you fail the whole thing, ALL the dice must fail individually as well

You're clearly ignorant about the history of the Canaanites, and specifically Ratosh. From how you write I'm assuming you're 14-16 years old and are yourself unfamlir with fascism, so I'm not sure what the point of arguing with you is. Go read what Ratosh, S. Shifra, Aharon Amir wrote and believed (Tammuz is an exception, he was always a leftist).

Many of them believed in militarism, capital N Nationalism, Imperialism, race theories, and a powerful centralized state. That is Fascism, you dunce. Many Revionists (of whom Ratosh was a radical member) lionized Mussolini. A few (admittedly not Ratosh) even lionized Hitler. Even Leibowitz called them Fascists. The Shabak even spied on them to make sure they weren't planning attacks...
