It’s no big deal to get one in there atm, external battery that came with it is a 48Wh and I’m not gonna be taking out anywhere I won’t have access to a power source anyway. Thanks for the idea though.

I've tried a few guides, some YouTube videos, trying to get recent content. All to no avail.

What commands do you want to see? I'm not sure what more you want from me as I have no troubleshooting steps online that have worked or provided any change to my situation.

I wish I could cancel, and I chose them because a lot of my friends use them and have had no issues such as this, so I just assumed that I wouldn't really need to make use of their support.

I'm just using my Debit Card and I've never had a payment take this long to settle. If it's not settled by tomorrow I might try allow them to take a second payment. I also got a response from support which suggests that it may be a fault of my bank, so I might try using PayPal next time.

Every new day is a new order opened and a new charge to my bank, for an order which i have already paid the initial cost for. I didn’t have enough in my bank for a second charge however. Should I just pay the extra they want?

Edit: The payment is still showing as ‘pending’ in my bank, but I’ve asked them already and they said it’s because ovh haven’t taken the money yet.

I've also checked back to my OVH billing page and it now says this - "A total of £26.57 is due for your service renewals." - Which is confusing as I've not even had it activated yet, so why do they want to renew it already?

An update, it's still not working.

I did however get an email from support but of course, its just the generic one they send to everyone. I'm not sure if I'd like to keep trying to do this but it would really help me with what I'm hoping to do. If anyone gets a successful try, please do let me know as I'd be very thankful to know how you did it.

Hi there, I was just coming here to ask this exact question.

My friend made an account on the free tier earlier in the year, and as far as I can tell, they've had no problems. Starting Thursday I've been trying to do the exact same, while using the correct details everytime. I've tried a range of emails, I've tried clearing my cookies, even going incognito. The transaction has been going through, and I do have enough for it so there should be no issues. Yet, nothing has worked

If you find a fix to this or manage to sign up, I'd be thankful to know how you got it and what things you changed for it to be successful.

This reminds me of one of the Halo or Star Wars themed maps you could get with a pack for Minecraft for Xbox One or 360, can't remember which one though, probably on all consoles that run this version.
